STRATEGY 'PROCESS'

Utilising Growth Marketing and the Strategy Process to create a roadmap for marketing, technology and digital pillars.

WHAT?

Marketing in today’s climate is about the sum of all parts.

Gone are the days where you can just treat every part of your business in isolation.

The key to creating, revenue-driving strategies that can be tracked from the roots is to look not just at the marketing funnel, but at a growth marketing funnel.

Utilising design sprint format over a day or 2, we ‘post-it note and whiteboard’ business pillars and goals to deliver a integrated growth strategy.

#1 Scope - To understand

Looking at your technology landscape – POS, Website, Martech etc. Every online and offline channel. We utilise postit notes to get a clear and full picture of the business challenges and HMW (How might we) solve them.

.

#2 Map or Plan

With our challenges better defiend, we start aligning the challenges to pillars within the business and adding priority to those challenges. This session is about alignment of the challenges and prioritisation so that when we come to building a strategy, we understand the top challenges currently faced for the strategy to tackle first and rapid experimentation to occur.

#3 Strategise

The brains – Taking all our findings and mapping a strategic roadmap on how to solve those challenges with tools and technologies or marketing tactics out there.

If we only have $1000, what is the best way to spend it to drive some commercial success?

Utilising rapid experimentation on solving those challenges, we start building out a clear roadmap with actionable items and allocate responsibilities either internally or external partners.

#4 Market or Experiment

With a roadmap agreed and created, rapid experimentation can occur to overcome current business challenges and create actionable insights through the strategy.
